Mandela Rhodes Place

Mandela Rhodes Place is an iconic, mixed-use development in the centre of Cape Town CBD.  Comprising apartments, offices, retail outlets and the luxury Taj Hotel, Mandela Rhodes Place was a pioneer in the rejuvenation of the Cape Town inner city.  Encompassing a number of city blocks on St George’s Mall adjacent to the historic St George’s Cathedral, Slave Lodge and Company’s Gardens, this successful development was completed in 2009 and set a precedent for other mixed-use developments that followed in its wake.
